• To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Refunds may be denied in cases of:

• We do NOT guarantee a passing result on any official DMV examination.
• Passing our mock exams does not authorize you to operate a commercial vehicle.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and interact with the content. You may not:
• Copy, distribute, or republicize content without written consent.
• Use our questions for commercial training or AI model fine-tuning.
• Scrape or harvest data from our database using automated scripts.

• By using the Service, you agree not to:
• Impersonate any entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt any part of the platform architecture.
• Share your Pro account credentials with third parties.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers.

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Access may be temporarily restricted for planned maintenance, security updates, or unforeseen technical failures.

We reserve the right to update our question database and add or remove features to improve the educational experience without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CDL Practice Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• This includes but is not limited to:
• Failure to pass an official DMV examination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDL Practice Pro, its employees, and its partners from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
