What we can help with

Billing and refunds, including anything covered by our refund policy.

Account problems, such as sign-in trouble or a test that will not load.

Corrections. If a question looks wrong, an explanation reads badly, or a state's licensing detail is out of date, this is the most useful email you can send us. Include the page URL and we will check it against the state agency or the CDL manual.

Suggestions for what to build next. We read all of it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether you personally qualify for a CDL, and we cannot give you a decision on a medical condition, a conviction, or an immigration status. Those answers come from your state licensing agency or, for medical certification, from an examiner on the FMCSA National Registry. Anything we told you would be a guess, and a guess is worse than no answer when a license is at stake.

We also cannot schedule, reschedule or cancel your real test. That is your state agency.

Finding your state agency

Every state page links to the official agency that issues commercial licenses in that state. That link is the right destination for questions about fees, appointments, documents and eligibility.
